- Actual processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, if return is applicable.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided they haven’t been packed or shipped.
